Benazir Kafalat Phase 2 Payments Begin – Updated Districts & Rs.13,500 Disbursement Details
The Benazir Kafalat Program has officially rolled out Phase 2 of its payments, expanding cash disbursement to more districts across Pakistan. Under this phase, eligible women are receiving the Rs.13,500 quarterly installment through the BISP 8171 system as part of the government’s ongoing social protection efforts.
The phased approach is being followed to reduce overcrowding at payment centers and ensure smooth, transparent distribution. Beneficiaries are advised to check their district status before visiting collection points.

How and Where to Collect Benazir Kafalat Payments
Payments are being issued through multiple authorized channels:
- BISP Campsites set up in schools and government buildings
- HBL Konnect and Bank Alfalah biometric outlets
- Selected ATMs and retail agents
- Digital wallets (JazzCash / Easypaisa) in limited districts
✔ Biometric verification using CNIC thumbprint is mandatory
✔ Always confirm the full amount on the screen before verification
✔ Collect a printed receipt after withdrawal
Some beneficiaries who missed earlier installments may receive a double payment of Rs.27,000, while education stipends under Taleemi Wazaif are being released alongside the Kafalat amount.

Important Advisory for Beneficiaries
BISP has warned beneficiaries to remain alert against fraud. Never share your CNIC copy, thumbprint, or SMS code with unauthorized individuals. Payments are 100% free, and complaints can be registered at nearby BISP Tehsil Offices.
