Education officials urged parents, students, and teachers to rely only on verified government sources instead of WhatsApp forwards or unconfirmed posts. They warned that misinformation often spreads during holidays and creates unnecessary anxiety.

Alongside the clarification, the government also reaffirmed that the academic calendar is intact and preparations are underway for upcoming assessments, including the return of Class 8 board examinations from March 2026.

Parents have been advised to prepare children for the resumption of classes and use the remaining vacation days for revision. The government stressed that normal academic activities will resume on schedule, and any future decisions will be shared only through official channels.
