Pakistan Railways Rolls Out Upgraded Lahore–Narowal Train With Improved Passenger Facilities
Pakistan Railways has introduced another upgraded passenger train on the Lahore–Narowal route, continuing its efforts to enhance travel standards and passenger comfort across the network.
The newly improved service was inaugurated with a simple ceremony in which officials offered prayers for the progress of Pakistan Railways. The train was decorated with colorful garlands, marking the launch of the upgraded facilities.

The Narowal Passenger Train departed Lahore Railway Station at 7:15 am and reaches Narowal at 10:05 am. The route includes stops at Badami Bagh, Shahdara Bagh, Kala Khatai, Narang, Baddomalhi, Raya Khas, and Pejowali.
For the return journey, the train leaves Narowal at 5:00 pm and arrives back in Lahore at 7:40 pm, following the same stations. The total travel time has been fixed at two hours and 40 minutes.
Pakistan Railways stated that the train now offers better cleanliness, improved lighting, and enhanced onboard facilities. The service is operating with 10 passenger coaches, aimed at providing a more comfortable and reliable journey for daily commuters.
