ATM Withdrawal Procedure

Beneficiaries holding BISP/Kafaalat ATM cards (HBL or Bank Alfalah) can follow these steps to withdraw their instalment:

1. Insert Card – Use your BISP debit card at a partner bank ATM.
2. Select Language – Choose Urdu or English.
3. Enter PIN – Input your secret 4-digit PIN (activate first-time PIN via bank branch if required).
4. Choose BISP Option – Select “Benazir Income Support” or “Kafaalat” on the screen.
5. Cash Withdrawal – Enter 13,500 and proceed.
6. Biometric Verification – Some ATMs may require a thumbprint scan.
7. Collect Cash & Receipt – Always keep the receipt for proof.
